Amenities at Myriad
Residents will enjoy use of over 17,000 sq ft of amenities. Level 1 features a lobby lounge, meeting room, fully-equipped gym, a social lounge with a parkside patio, outdoor exercise equipment, and a patio with a barbeque and seating area. On the second floor, there is a co-working space, meeting room, library, reading nook, serenity lounge, theatre/games room with a mini bar, and a guest suite.

An additional 24 visitor parking stalls at the neighbouring YMCA are shared. On-street parking is available on both sides of Emerson Street and Smith Avenue. Also at ground level are 2 additional loading bays on the north side of the tower and short-term racks for 6 bicycles.
