Amenities at Myriad
Residents will enjoy use of over 17,000 sq ft of amenities. Level 1 features a lobby lounge, meeting room, fully-equipped gym, a social lounge with a parkside patio, outdoor exercise equipment, and a patio with a barbeque and seating area. On the second floor, there is a co-working space, meeting room, library, reading nook, serenity lounge, theatre/games room with a mini bar, and a guest suite.

Myriad’s crowning feature is a rooftop amenity space that includes an entertainment room with large dining table, kitchenettes, and private dining room; a lounge; games room; and a wrap-around terrace with barbeques and dining area, children’s play space, ping pong tables, and community garden planters.

Next door to Myriad, in a separate building, will be a YMCA with an indoor pool, gym, fitness centre, multi-purpose space, child minding, and a family development centre. It will also house a community policing station and a 76-stall Park-and-Ride in the underground parkade.

Parking and Storage
Four levels of underground parking will provide storage for 589 bicycles, 3 loading bays, and stalls for 503 vehicles, of which 23 are for visitors and 7 are accessible. An additional 24 visitor parking stalls at the neighbouring YMCA are shared. On-street parking is available on both sides of Emerson Street and Smith Avenue. Also at ground level are 2 additional loading bays on the north side of the tower and short-term racks for 6 bicycles.
