Amenities at Oceanfront Squamish

In addition to Oceanfront’s businesses, shops, and services, the community offers extensive public green space. A 3-kilometre, multi-use waterfront trail surrounds the perimeter. At the southern end of the spit will be an 11-acre public park that features two beaches — including a dedicated area for wind and watersports — and open grassy areas with space for public art, concerts, and community events.

Harbour Air has been working closely with the development team to establish a floatplane terminal at the southeastern edge of the property. Subject to approval from the District of Squamish, air service between Squamish, Vancouver, and Whistler may begin in 2021. The company hopes to add more routes and increase frequency, subject to demand.

Parking and Storage at Oceanfront Squamish

Oceanfront Squamish will offer ample parking opportunities, both at-grade and underground, including at least 150 surface public parking stalls in close proximity to Oceanfront Park.
