Maintenance Fees & Deposit

For a limited time, a 15% deposit is required: 5% upon signing or within a 7-day rescission period, another 5% 90 days from firm, and the final 5% within 12 months or at the time of obtaining a Building Permit. Additionally, there’s a 1% assignment fee. Strata fees are estimated at $0.63 to $0.65 per square foot, covering expenses such as heating, cooling, hot water, gas, concierge services, building management, security patrols, snow removal, landscaping, amenities, janitorial services, and waste management.

The entire ONE Varsity Kelowna sixth floor is devoted to resident amenities. On the podium roof, is a large landscaped terrace that features a swimming pool and hot tub, a dog run, open air & trellis-covered lounge spaces, an outdoor dining area with grills, and a children’s play space.

Indoors, there’s a gym & yoga studio, a co-working space, gaming rooms, sports simulator space, a dog lounge & dog wash, and a party room with a kitchen.

At the corner of Doyle Avenue and St. Paul Street, there will be a plaza with space for patio tables and chairs.

Does ONE Varsity Kelowna have Parking & Storage?

An above-grade garage will offer five levels of parking to accommodate 351 vehicles, including 44 commercial/visitor and 9 accessible stalls.

There are also 126 storage lockers, 256 bicycles, and on Level 1, one carshare stall.

Facing Doyle Avenue at ground level, will be an indoor bike lounge that includes bicycle repair stations, a bike wash, and bicycle storage.
