Maintenance Fees & Deposit

For a limited time, a 15% deposit is required: 5% upon signing or within a 7-day rescission period, another 5% 90 days from firm, and the final 5% within 12 months or at the time of obtaining a Building Permit. Additionally, there’s a 1% assignment fee.
