Promoting Family Wellness Living
Otto is a boutique collection of eight duplex townhomes created by Richmond’s own Tera Development. Their West Coast Modern façades present clean lines and striking contrasts that are softened by warm wood tones — simultaneously urban and rejuvenating. Otto’s family-oriented floor plans offer a selection of 3- and 4-bedroom layouts with interiors from 1,330 – 1,702 sq ft. All homes feature a 2-car garage, patio, and a master bedroom balcony. One unit includes a lockoff suite, while another can accommodate a home elevator. Interiors by I3 Design Group include engineered hardwood floors, custom millwork, custom closet organizers, and a dual-tone designer kitchen with 3-piece Bosch appliances, a Samsung Smart refrigerator, Kohler Task workstation sink, and a pantry. Indoor climate control is provided by a central heat pump system with air conditioning.
Situated in Richmond’s Blundell district — an established neighbourhood of mostly single-family homes — Otto is an attractive choice for families. Jessie Wowk Elementary School is only a 10-minute walk away. Hugh Boyd Secondary School, Hugh Boyd Community Park, West Richmond Community Centre, and West Richmond Pitch & Putt are a cluster of community amenities that can be reached by bicycle in five minutes. The West Dyke Trail is also popular for cycling, jogging, or dog walking. Ample shopping options are available less than a 10-minute drive away at Blundell Centre or CF Richmond Centre. Alternatively, take care of your household needs on the weekend with a short drive to Steveston, where you can also spend the day with the kids visiting its historical sites and having a bite to eat at Garry Point Park.
