Choose from a selection of ten 2- and 3-bedroom floorplans with interiors from 1,620 – 2,270 sq ft. Each townhouse includes a ground floor double garage and back yard with patio; a living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony on the second floor; and bedrooms on the top floor.
The initial condominium phase offers a range of 1- & 2-bedroom plans from 527 – 872 sq ft. Select ground floor garden suites have two entrances, while some penthouse units have private rooftop decks. Most suites feature Samsung appliances, kitchen islands with built-in shelving, pullout pantries, custom millwork, and wifi thermostats. Some homes are adaptable for wheelchair accessibility.

Amenities at Park & Maven
Residents will enjoy the use of 15,000 sq ft of exceptional amenities. These include The Maven House, a homeowners club that features a daycare, a lounge and party room with a chef’s kitchen and fireplace, a 1,500-sq-ft fitness centre, a rooftop barbeque deck, a private theatre, a patio, and a games room. The condominium buildings will also include indoor amenities, such as multi-purpose rooms, entertainment lounges, and games rooms. In some cases, these are located between buildings, under connecting atriums to maximize sunlight.
