Who is the Pavilion Development Team?

Pavilion Developer

Viking Properties is made up of two families — the Skadbergs and the Gulbrandsens — with familial ties that date back generations. This strong bond is the foundation of their company’s success over the past 40 years.

The name Viking Properties merges the Norwegian Viking law with a “Hygge” value. Viking Properties pays homage to their ancestral roots, valuing where they came from, without losing sight of the journey they are embarking on.

The firm takes a keen interest in combining unique local knowledge with innovative design excellence. ALA offers creative and cost-effective solutions, while ensuring project design is compatible with the built environment.

Alan Lowe’s work was recognized in 2009 with the Georgie Award for Best Single Family Detached Home. Other projects featured here include Parkvue, DoLa, and Skyeview. He was also the mayor of Victoria.
