Both Phase 1 buildings will share over 40,000 sq ft of interior amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness centre, co-working spaces, and places to socialize. Both the podium and the 80-storey tower rooftops will have landscaped amenities. Underground parking for 2,932 bicycles and 1,612 vehicles is also shared between both highrises.

What Amenities does Pinnacle Lougheed have?

Next to Lougheed Town Centre Station, a Grand Promenade connects Pinnacle Lougheed with The City of Lougheed.

To facilitate connections to The City of Lougheed, Grand Promenade will be extended from the north side of Austin Road to link with Gatineau Place. A pedestrian overpass on the west side of the Phase 2 tower, is also proposed to improve access to the SkyTrain station.

Does Pinnacle International provide Parking & Storage?

Across both Phase One buildings, a shared underground parkade will accommodate 2,932 bicycles and 1,612 vehicles, including 173 accessible parking spaces and 147 for visitors. All resident parking stalls will be equipped with a Level 2+ EV charging outlet.

To encourage alternative forms of transportation, the following measures have been proposed:

  • A transit pass subsidy for 15% of strata units equivalent to a 2-zone transit pass for 24 months
  • 14 car share parking stalls
