Amenities at Port & Mill
A courtyard between the two buildings will provide residents with an open lawn and secluded amenity spaces, including a children’s play space, fire pit with lounge seating, and an outdoor kitchen with barbeque and trellis-covered dining area. Adjacent to the outdoor dining area, at the western end of the courtyard, is located an amenity building with a television lounge, kitchen with an island, dining space, and an accessible washroom.

Dogwood Street, at the eastern perimeter of the property, is a designated city-wide greenway. Landscaping and seating areas with custom wood benches will be provided, in addition to the two building’s private ground level patios, to create a pedestrian-friendly streetscape.

Parking and Storage
Port & Mill will provide parking in a 2-level underground parkade. It will accommodate 219 bicycles and offer 206 resident, 35 visitor, 22 accessible vehicle parking spaces. Level 2 electrical vehicle charging will be available at 52 of the residential spaces. Two loading bays will be located at the parkade entrance on Lea Street and short-term racks will have space for 12 bicycles.
