An Expression of Organic Symmetry
As part of the transit-oriented development that is transforming the neighbourhood around Burquitlam Station, Ledingham McAllister is proposing to build a 29-storey residential tower at the corner of Cottonwood Avenue and Whiting Way. Inspired by the heart-shaped leaf of a cottonwood tree, Precidia will offer 75 rental apartments in a 6-storey podium and 176 condominium homes in the tower, ranging from one to three bedrooms. Condominium owners and apartment tenants will have separate lobbies and amenity areas.
