Prime One is a new townhome development by Marten Properties coming soon to North Richmond’s Bridgeport district. It consists of four 3-storey quadplexes at the centre of the property and facing Bridgeport Road, and four 2-storey duplexes along the north property line. Four 3-bedroom floor plans offer a selection of layouts with interiors from 1,061 – 1,212 sq ft. All homes have internal 2-car garages, a private yard, a balcony or patio, and aging-in-place features. Two townhomes are convertible, being designed for a future stair lift installation. Resident amenities include a children’s play space, a tai chi area and adjacent sod lawn, and two sitting areas.
Situated on a commercial corridor between the Oak and Knight Street bridges, Prime One enjoys close proximity to all of your shopping needs and quick connections to Vancouver, Highway 99, and Highway 91. For daily household items, Sungiven Foods and PetSmart are only a short drive to No. 4 Road. Costco Wholesale is just one block further. On weekends, there’s browsing the outlets at McArthurGlen or scanning the eclectic offerings at the Richmond Night Market. Heading east, numerous home improvement and building supply outlets line Bridgeport Road, including Ikea, Staples, and The Home Depot. To the north, cyclists, joggers, and dog walkers can follow the 2-kilometre long Bridgeport Trail, or head to Tait Waterfront Park on the north arm of the Fraser River at the top of No. 4 Road.
