A selection of four 3-bedroom floorplans offers 2- & 3-level layouts with 1,061 – 1,212 sq ft of interior space. For outdoor spaces, each home includes a private yard with a shade tree and a balcony or patio. All units incorporate aging-in-place features. Two “A” Plan homes in Building 3 are designed for the installation of a stair lift to accommodate a future resident in a wheelchair.

Amenities at Prime One
Residents will have shared use of a children’s play space at the centre of the property, a tai chi area and lawn with log seat under a large Douglas Fir tree at the southwest corner of the site, a sitting area at the southeast corner, and benches on either side of a pedestrian pathway leading to the north property line.

Parking and Storage
Each home has an internal double-wide, 2-car garage with room for bicycle storage. Five visitor parking spaces, of which one is accessible, are mostly located at the east end of the property. A short-term rack for 5 visitor bicycles is located at the entrance to the outdoor amenity.
