    Amenities at Queenston
    At the north end of the property, between Buildings 2 & 3, is a common area for Queenston residents. Approximately 2,500 sq ft of outdoor amenity space will include a barbeque picnic area, a lawn with bench seating, and raised gardening plots with a compost shed.

    Parking and Storage
    Each home has a built-in private garage with an energized outlet for Level 2 electric vehicle charging. Of these, 15 homes have 2-car, double-wide garages, six have a 2-car tandem configuration, one has a single-car garage with a parking apron in front for an additional vehicle, and one unit has a single-car garage with an additional uncovered surface parking space beside the visitor parking.     Surrey-based developer, Annesley Homes, and Vancouver’s Tessera Homes commissioned Engage Architecture to design Queenston.

    Founded in 2015, Engage Architecture is a full-service architecture firm based in Vancouver. With the direct involvement of company principal, Karen Smith, Engage combines deep experience of residential and commercial design with the personal and hands-on approach of a small owner-operated firm. Their projects include both market and non-market multi-family housing, new commercial construction, mixed-use buildings, custom homes, and office interiors. Engage also assists with assessing sites through master planning and feasibility studies. Every project is an opportunity to grow, to inspire, and to ultimately build better relationships and communities.
