Since 1970, Paulsun Devleopment founder, Charan Singh, worked as a civil engineer in major infrastructure projects all over the world, including Canada. In 1987 Charan retired from civil engineering and constructed his first home in Vancouver.

For the past 37 years, Charan has developed and constructed hundreds of homes. His engineering background and construction experience has helped him create beautiful, functional, reliable, and sturdy homes that continue to stand the test of time.

Saran Singh joined his father at Paulsun in 2006 after graduating from UBC. Ever since, Saran has worked full time at Paulsun and is now in charge of overseeing all its operations.
