Amenities at RedBrick
Amenities for the Phase 1 building are located on the ground floor. Indoors, these include a party room with kitchenette, two games rooms, a multi-function room, and a strata board room. Outdoors, adjacent to the indoor amenity space, are seating clusters surrounded by lush shrubs and trees. On the roof is also a seating area, along with garden plots. A public corner plaza is proposed for the southeast corner at 137A Street and 106A Avenue.

The Phase 2 building features 9,400 sq ft of amenities that include a gym, two games rooms, a hobby room, and a multi-function room on the ground floor. Directly outside are seating clusters surrounded by shrubs and trees. On the fourth floor, a common area offers residents a community lounge with a kitchenette, a study/reading space, and an adjacent seating area. In addition, on the sixth storey of each side of the development, are outdoor amenity spaces with barbeque stations, patio tables, seating, and garden plots. A new park to the south of Phase 2 will include a children’s play area.

Parking and Storage
Phase 1 parking will be provided in four levels of underground parking that will accommodate secure storage for 115 bicycles and stalls for 91 vehicles, of which 9 are for visitors and 7 are accessible.

Phase 2 will offer parking on one underground level. The parkade will provide storage for 163 bicycles and 136 vehicle stalls, including 13 for visitors and 8 accessible spaces.
