Florin is a presale condo development in West Coquitlam’s Cariboo neighbourhood by Allaire Living.

Floor Plans for Florin Coquitlam

With two mid-rise condominium buildings, stacked townhomes, and three restored heritage homes with secondary suites, Florin offers diverse housing choices. Interiors range from 445 – 1,959 sq ft with floorplans from one to four bedrooms.

Of the 181 homes, 14 have adaptable layouts. Almost one quarter of all residences have three or more bedrooms. The condominiums and townhomes have the following unit mix:

• 40 x 2-bedroom from 633 -1,263 sq ft
• 34 x 3-bedroom from 999 – 1,378 sq ft
• 6 x 4-bedroom from 1,509 -1,551 sq ft

The heritage homes will be relocated and renovated to provide three primary residences and two secondary suites with interiors ranging from 1,044 – 1,959 sq ft:

Thomas and Edith Clayton Residence: built in 1940, renovations will increase the number of bedrooms to three.

James and Margaret Clayton Residence: interior renovations to this 1928 Craftsman home will maintain four bedrooms in the main home and add a 3-bedroom secondary suite.

Gueho Residence: this 1938 Craftsman house will have three bedrooms in the main home and a 2-bedroom secondary suite.

Amenities at Florin Coquitlam
