    Salt by Concert Properties – A New Presale in Downtown Vancouver South

    Salt is a new residential pre sale condo tower by Concert Properties located at the corner of Hornby and Drake in Downtown Vancouver. Concert will be selling 194 suites at this 33 floor concrete apartment tower that will be located at the former site of the Downtown Travelodge and Cold Beer and Wine Store.

    How Much Will The Deposits be at Central in South East False?
    Concert is asking for $5000 upon the acceptance of an offer and then a further deposit within 7 days of acceptance of the offer that will bring the initial deposit to 10%. There will a 5% deposit payable in April 2012 and a further 5% in October 2012 for a total deposit of 20%.

    Parking and Storage
    All the homes over 500sf will have parking. Most of the homes will have in suite storage and no external storage locker. Suites that do not have in suite storage will get external lockers. At the time of writing Concert was not selling extra parking or lockers.

    Upper western Exposure suites will have a views of English Bay, UBC, Bowen Island, and the North Shore Mountains starting from Point Atkinson. Southern and eastern exposure suites will have views of False Creek and Granville Island and the other exposures will have City Views.
