It consists of nine upscale residences in two 3-storey woodframe buildings. One building facing Keary Street will have landscaped front yards and private entries with a stoop. Who is the Developer Team for Sapperton?

Illuma Development is a female-owned and family-operated boutique builder of high quality homes, located in Vancouver. Over the last decade Illuma has built homes in Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster. It all started when Illuma built their first spec home for their own family just over 12 years ago; then for extended family. More recently, a townhome complex where many family and friends currently live. Over the years, each project has been better than the previous. Finally, at the completion of the last project, Lanca, Illumina realized that the most fulfilling part of their work was the building of homes that create community.

Grimwood Architecture is a practice based in Vancouver. They explore sensible design practices that empower simple, lived experiences. Design is about fostering relationships between the existing and the new. Their designs extend the voices of current neighbourhoods into creative and lasting interventions. Grimwood has completed projects in seven municipalities across the Lower Mainland.

Loop & Co. co-founders, Morgan Docksteader and Nicole Coston, have been crafting thoughtful designs for residential and commercial spaces in British Columbia over the past decade. Their diverse design backgrounds create a unique set of complimentary skills that generates beauty & balance in every design. Utilizing raw materials such as wood, stone, and concrete, enable Loop to create cozy, yet simplistic, interiors that will reflect the personalities who live there, and will leave residents the ultimate homebody.
