Over the last decade Illuma has built homes in Vancouver, Burnaby, and New Westminster. It all started when Illuma built their first spec home for their own family just over 12 years ago; then for extended family. More recently, a townhome complex where many family and friends currently live. Over the years, each project has been better than the previous. Finally, at the completion of the last project, Lanca, Illumina realized that the most fulfilling part of their work was the building of homes that create community.
