On the main level, between the two buildings is an open courtyard with benches and planters. It is via the courtyard that the back townhomes entries are accessed.

With a Bachelor of Science in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, and a love for creating purposeful spaces, Pamela Billinghurst brings freshness and rigor to her profession. Giving deep consideration to clients’ objectives, she molds spaces into usable, breathable works of art. Previously employed by Architecture and Interior Design firms in cities such as Winnipeg and Montreal, Pamela is currently based in Victoria and works across Canada in various capacities.
