Amenities at Slate
Indoor amenities will feature a fitness centre, entertainment lounge with kitchen and dining area, games room, co-working space, and a guest suite. The lobby will include a lounge, concierge, and parcel storage.

An outdoor terrace with an exercise area, seating, children’s play area, barbeque dining space, and vegetable garden will be available for residents’ exclusive use. A landscaped public plaza with an art piece will be located at the intersection of Springer and Lougheed Highway.

Parking and Storage
An underground parkade will provide storage for 631 bicycles and 411 resident vehicle stalls, of which 33 are for visitors and 8 are accessible. There will also be 41 EV charging stations, 4 car wash stalls, a 4-station bicycle maintenance space, bike trailer storage, and 2 loading bays. Racks for 64 visitor bicycles will be located at ground level. Residents will also have use of 3 car share vehicles with each unit provided with an initial annual membership.
