    Solterra Development and IBI Group Architects have proposed an 11-storey condominium tower for the vacant lot at the corner of West 7th Avenue and Fir Street. It will consist of mostly 1- and 2-bedroom condominiums, as well as four 2-storey townhomes facing 7th Avenue. A community cultural space with studios and production space is expected to occupy two floors on the southeast portion of the building.
