Amenities at Southaven
Indoor amenities are concentrated in Building 2 where residents will have shared use of a private meeting room; a rec room with seating areas, card tables, ping pong, and billiards; and a fitness centre with cardio equipment, weights, and bathroom facilities. There is also a social lounge with a kitchenette that has direct access to the courtyard.
Over 7,000 sq ft of landscaped outdoor space will be provided for the entire family to enjoy.
