Amenities at Terrayne
A variety of indoor amenities are located in the lower level of Building 23. These consist of lounge, games, and board rooms; music practice rooms; a gym; and a covered patio. Two adjacent outdoor amenity areas feature a large multi-purpose lawn; seating, dining, and lounge spaces; a fire pit; and a playground.
Additional outdoor amenities include a community garden west of Building 1, shaded seating areas at intersections of pedestrian pathways, and a public plaza at the corner of David Avenue & Mitchell Street which has trellis-covered seating, decorative artwork, and short-term bike racks.
