Developer Team for The Arc Condos
This development is being spearheaded by Concord Pacific, one of Canada’s largest and most successful developers. Concord’s most recent project in the Yaletown/False Creek, One Pacific was an outstanding success. Concord Pacific also has a great track record in the area with such successful buildings such as 1033 Marinaside, 1067 Marinaisde, and and Azura 1 on Richards. They have award-winning master-planned communities in Vancouver, Richmond, Toronto and beyond.
