Amenities at The Corners
All home owners will enjoy shared use of 5,802 sq ft of indoor amenities located on the ground floor of the mixed-use building. These include a lounge with kitchen, gym, meeting room, yoga studio, bicycle maintenance shop, media room, and a guest suite. A commercial plaza with benches, in-ground planters, and removable tables & chairs will be located at the southwest corner of the building.

An outdoor amenity for Area 3 residents will be located adjacent to the north side of the mixed-use building with direct access to the lounge and gym. It will feature a large patio with barbeque counter, dining area, tables & chairs, and a fire pit lounge. There will also be a large lawn and a children’s play area. A separate outdoor amenity for Area 2, located at the centre of the site, will consist of a children’s play area and an adjoining area with bench seating.

Parking and Storage
The mid-rise building has a one-level underground parkade that will provide storage for 97 bicycles and parking for 109 resident, 33 commercial, 14 visitor, and 3 accessible vehicles. Short-term parking for 24 bicycles will also be provided at ground level for the mixed-use building and dispersed amongst each of the three townhome sections.

All townhomes have attached two-car garages, of which four have a tandem parking layout. Ground-level visitor parking for townhomes will be dispersed throughout the site and accommodate 18 vehicles. These will be distinguished by decorative pavers.
