    Floor Plans for The Cut
    Around the property perimeter, single-level units are located at ground level with 2- and 3-storey townhomes above. The single-level suites have a front door facing the street and a private outdoor space. The upper units are accessed from the courtyard. Building 3 on 12th Avenue, however, is the reverse of this with upper units accessed from East 12th Avenue via stairs and ground level suites from the courtyard. Building 4 is a 3-storey duplex. The proposed unit mix is:

    Amenities at The Cut
    A central courtyard has been designed as a social gathering place for residents with lounge seating, a barbeque dining area, and a play space for children. The courtyard has good solar access for much of the year.

    Parking and Storage
    A single level of underground parking will provide bicycle storage and stalls for 34 vehicles. An elevator is located in the courtyard on the south side of Building 2 to access the parkade, as well as stairs on the north side of Building 4.
