Amenities at The Great One
Residents will have shared use of a clubhouse that offers a multi-purpose room in the basement; a kitchen, dining room, and lounge on the main floor; and an exercise studio and boardroom on the second floor. Adjacent to the clubhouse will be a patio, children’s play area, and open lawns.

Parking and Storage
Most homes have attached double car, side-by-side garages. Eighteen units have tandem garages with internal space for one vehicle and one external parking stall on a parking pad.
