Tower in the Park
Brought to life by Vancouver’s finest minds in design and development, The Harwood is a 32-storey residential highrise by Strand Development, coming soon the the Burrard Corridor in the West End. These 82 condominiums are at a level of design and finish reminiscent of the mansions that first populated this downtown neighbourhood at the turn of the century. Towering above four levels of underground parking, The Harwood will be built to a LEED Gold building standard with plentiful indoor and outdoor amenities, including a children’s play space and a trellis-enclosed patio.
The West End is truly the best of all worlds. Two blocks uphill is vibrant Davie Village with Your Independent Grocer, Shoppers Drug Mart, bars, cafés, pubs, and eclectic eateries. Walk two blocks downhill to the Vancouver Aquatic Centre, picturesque Sunset Beach, and the seawall, where you can stroll, jog, or cycle from Science World to Stanley Park. Popular Granville Island is just a short Aquabus trip across False Creek. The Harwood is also a quick walk to the energy of the downtown business district, Robson Street shopping, Vancouver Art Gallery, and Robson Square. Closely connected the downtown experience, this pocket neighbourhood offers a rare, understated Vancouver luxury in the heart of the city.
