    Harmonious in Form & Character

Contributing to the revitalization of Downtown Port Coquitlam, The Met is a new mixed-use project coming soon from Quarry Rock Developments. It consists of 63 condominiums built over seven street-level commercial retail units and one level of underground parking with stalls for 92 vehicles. Floor plans range from 646 – 1,237 sq ft with 1- to 3-bedroom layouts. Of these, 20 suites are family-oriented and 19 are adaptable. Common areas for residents include a multi-function room and an adjacent terrace with an outdoor dining area, lounges, and a children’s play space. Related civic improvements will feature a public plaza on the west side of The Met and a landscaped pathway north of the plaza to link McAllister with Elgin Avenue. The east portion of the plaza will include space for a restaurant patio.

Enjoy a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle at The Met where you are steps from downtown shopping, professional services, restaurants, leisure activities, and recreation. Start the day with coffee your way at Take Five Café down the street at City Hall Annex. For all of your household grocery needs, take your pick from nearby PoCo Freshmart or City Avenue Market. Meeting friends, grabbing a quick bite on the go, or just feel like skipping the dishes? There are lots of neighbourhood dining options — from Me-n-Ed’s Pizza and Phở T&T Vietnamese, to Tip Thai and RuRan Korean. To work off the calories, Port Coquitlam Community Centre is only two blocks away, where you’ll find arenas, a pool, fitness centre, a gymnasium, and more. If you prefer the outdoors, access the 25.3-kilometre Traboulay PoCo Trail at the end of McAllister, which you can stroll, jog, or cycle to the tennis courts and sports fields at Gates Park. Vancouver city workers only need to walk 550 metres to board the West Coast Express. For other Lower Mainland destinations, Lougheed Highway, Coquitlam Central Park & Ride, and Highway 1 are all within a 10-minute drive.
