Amenities at The Standard
Highrise condominium residents will enjoy two floors of amenities. Level 1 includes a concierge, refrigerated package storage, seating area, sauna, fitness area, games room, and a lounge. On Level 2 there is a meeting space and a guest suite. Outdoor landscaped common areas feature a patio, dog run, and an exercise space.

Parking and Storage
Four levels of underground parking will provide space for 848 bicycles and 466 vehicles, along with 5 car wash stalls and a bicycle repair room. At grade, short-term visitor racks will accommodate 84 bicycles and there will be 2 loading bays to serve the condominium highrise. The Standard will also have a traffic demand management program that provides 5 share bikes and an initial transit pass subsidy program for residents of the market residential tower.
