The nine homes of Timberlane II present a selection of five layouts, ranging from 3,320 – 3,616 sq ft. Except for one 3-bedroom plan, residences feature four bedrooms, a flex room, two bathrooms, and a powder room. An optional finished lower level offers the possibility to add up to two more bedrooms, a rec room, and another flex room.

Accessed from either the main entry or a mudroom via a double garage, the open concept main floor includes a living room with a 2-storey ceiling, kitchen island with breakfast bar, a walk-in pantry, and multiple decks with mountain views.
