Algra Bros presents Timberlane, an East Abbostford subdivision of 59 single-family homes offering spectacular views of the northern Cascade Mountains. Timberlane II, the current phase of this award-winning development, consists of nine 3-storey homes with interior space from 3,320 – 3,616 sq ft. One floorplan has three bedrooms, while the remaining four each have four bedrooms. Residences include an internal double garage, basement patio, main floor powder room, walk-in pantry, multiple decks, upper floor laundry, and a master bedroom with a private deck. An unfinished basement offers the option to add additional bedrooms, a rec room, or home office.
With lots of room for families to grow, Timberlane is ideally located just down the street from Mountain Elementary School. For after school play, nearby Delair Park has sports fields, baseball diamonds, a playground, and a picnic area. Next to WA Fraser Middle and Yale Secondary schools, the Abbotsford Recreation Centre offers a diverse range of leisure and recreational programmes. Take the kids to enjoy weekend fun at Castle Fun Park with its three mini-golf courses, go karts, batting cages, bumper cars, and over 200 arcade games. To replenish the pantry and restock household items, Sumas Mountain Village is only three minutes away, where you can find Save-On-Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Bosley’s pet store. For events, festivals, or weekend road trips, you’ll be on your way in less than five minutes as you head out on Highway 1.
