    Floor Plans for Two Waters
    Two Waters’ first phase will consist of 61 row and stacked townhomes in three buildings, of which 31 will be 2-bedroom and 30 3-bedroom. Residences will range in size from 870 – 940 sq ft.

    Phase Two, consisting of 68 townhomes, and Phase Three, encompassing a further 60 townhomes, are expected to be developed over the next three to four years.

    Amenities at Two Waters
    Residents will enjoy a riparian area next to the stream running through the property, as well as trails and a viewing station on the southwest portion of the site.     Vancouver-based Relevant Properties has commissioned Merrick Architecture to provide design work for Two Waters. Over three decades, Merrick Architecture has grown from a handful of practitioners to a dynamic staff of 35, based in Vancouver and Victoria. Their broad range of innovative, publicly-acclaimed projects, in both the private and public sectors, helped earn them the honour of the RAIC Award for Outstanding Architectural Firm in 2005.     Expected Completion for Two Waters
    Phase One is selling now and is expected to be finished in Spring 2020. Final completion of the Two Waters community is estimated to be in 2026.
