Amenities at ViewStar
Northside will feature a new City-owned community centre with 33,439 sq ft of public amenities. Resident amenities for the two residential towers of this phase include lounges, recreation space, and a landscaped podium roof with spaces for children’s play, socializing, games, tai chi, gardening, and outdoor dining. Northside homeowners will also enjoy shared use of Southside’s indoor pool.
Indoor amenities for Southside residents will be distributed amongst its six towers. In addition to the resident amenities, ViewStar will also feature public spaces, such as pocket parks, plazas, and a new City-owned riverfront park overlooking the Fraser River, that will be part of a riverside dike trail eventually linking Middle Arm Park with Bridgeport Village.
Parking and Storage
Vehicle parking is provided in multi-level parkades with two levels under ground. One parking stall is included in the purchase price of all homes, except 1-bedroom plans.
