Vista homeowners have access to all of Predator Ridge’s world-class amenities. These include the fitness centre, Commons Racquet Club, clubhouse & restaurants, Commonage Market, 35 kilometres of trails for hiking and riding, an outdoor winter skating rink, and programmed classes. Homeowners also qualify for discounted Predator Ridge golf memberships, daypass access to the neighbouring Sparkling Hill Resort, and reciprocal club privileges.

Maintenance Fees at Vista
All homes at Predator Ridge are subject to a $71 Predator Ridge Common Lands and Amenities monthly fee, which provides household membership fees to the Fitness Centre, all programming, access to the public tennis court & trails, and some common lands maintenance.
