The Burquitlam-Lougheed neighbourhood is currently undergoing significant change with transit-oriented redevelopment around Skytrain’s Evergreen Line. Amacon is developing a two-building, mixed-use development at 633 North Road and 500 Foster Avenue that will consist of a 41-storey market condominium tower and a 6-storey lowrise rental apartment. Ground-oriented residential units along North Road include 5 market live-work studios, 4 market townhomes, and 7 live-work rental studios. One 1,671-sq-ft commercial retail unit is located at the base of the market tower.
Located near Burquitlam Station, over 30 nature trails and parks offer plenty of outdoor activities on your doorstep. At Vue, 18,000 sq ft indoor and outdoor amenity areas ensure your home is more than a place to eat and sleep. Take advantage of the yoga and multipurpose room, gym, kitchen, meeting room, kids’ playroom, outdoor gas fire pit, pool, barbeque stations, and community garden.

Floor Plans for Vue
Amacon will offer 296 market residential units, including 5 market live-work, and 4 market townhomes with the following mix of floor plans:
- 130 x 1-bedroom from 512 – 897 sq ft
- 128 x 2-bedroom from 773 – 1,462 sq ft
- 29 x 3-bedroom from 1,065 – 1,836 sq ft
Amenities at Vue
Amenities for the market condominium tower are located on Level 3 and 4, and includes a games room, think lab, meeting room, and multipurpose room on Level 3. On Level 4 is a fitness area with change rooms, kids play area, lounge with kitchen, and meeting rooms. Outdoor amenities on Level 4 include a pool, outdoor dining area, socializing space, and a children’s play area.
A public plaza at the corner of North Road and Foster Avenue is proposed as an active space with stepped seating along its perimeter to make it feel and function like an amphitheater. Its location next to the retail space allows the potential for a cafe to extend outward onto the plaza with seating.
Parking and Storage
The market and rental buildings have separate parkades. Commercial parking will be at grade and screened from the public roadway behind the active commercial frontage. Parking for condominium residents will be provided in five-and-a-half levels of underground, consisting of 363 resident and 62 visitor spaces. Approximately 25% of spaces will be equipped with 240-volt stations for electric vehicle charging. Long-term bicycle parking will be accommodated on L1, P1, and P2 with 738 stalls. Short-term bicycle racks at grade offer 12 stalls.
