Floor Plans for Water Street by the Park
Tower A, the first to be built, will feature 18 residential storeys, with 156 units. Tower B will have 36 residential storeys, with 340 units. Tower C will have 22 residential storeys, with 154 units.

Amenities at Water Street by the Park
The sixth floor above the podium will include indoor and outdoor resort-style amenities for each of the three towers. Retail and restaurant spaces totaling 45,000 sq ft will be located on the ground level. Tower B and Tower C will be connected by a striking mass timber bridge spanning Leon Avenue.

Parking and Storage
A parkade located within one basement level and the five-storey podium will provide 727 vehicle parking stalls and 566 long-term bike parking spots. Street-level parallel parking will also be available along Leon Avenue.
