A Modern Manor

Gryphon Development is set to redevelop the 6100 Block of West Boulevard between West 45th Avenue and West 46th Avenue. A 5-storey, mixed-use building will be replacing the current Kerrisdale Lumber structure, while the historic Stanley Ernest Peters block at the north end of the site will be preserved and restored. A 2-storey condominium addition will be constructed behind the SEP.

The ground floor frontages along West Boulevard and the avenues are anticipated to offer restaurant space at each of the corners, with the remainder to be available for up to seven local retailers. Sixty-four condominiums, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms, are located in the upper levels of the new building. The majority have two or more bedrooms, making them suitable for families.

Kerrisdale Lumber has moved two blocks south into Cressey’s project, McKinnon. Other recent developments in the neighbourhood include Sterling, The Kirkland, 6020 East Boulevard, and The Stanton.
