    Vantage townhomes will have a common area in the southern portion of the site that includes a community garden, an environmentally sensitive protected area, a playground, basketball court, and a sheltered picnic area.

    Vista condo residents will have use of a ground floor activity room with a roof deck above. Outside is a children’s play area, a lawn, and a patio with seating & a barbeque area.

    Parking and Storage
    The Vista condominium building will provide storage space for 28 bicycles and parking stalls for 97 vehicles on one level under ground. EV charging is roughed in for all parking spaces. One accessible parking stall and one loading bay are at ground level, near the lobby entrance. Racks for 12 bicycles are also located at ground level, near the loading bay.
