Vantage townhomes will have a common area in the southern portion of the site that includes a community garden, an environmentally sensitive protected area, a playground, basketball court, and a sheltered picnic area.

Parking and Storage

The Vista condominium building will provide storage space for 28 bicycles and parking stalls for 97 vehicles on one level under ground. EV charging is roughed in for all parking spaces.
