It will consist of both condominiums and townhomes with 1,590 strata units, in addition to a mix of both affordable and market rental housing. Approximately two-thirds of all residences will have two or more bedrooms. Community amenities include 19,000 sq ft of retail space, a 93-space daycare, two new parks, a 1.5-kilometre multi-use trail throughout the L-shaped property, and $2.8 million of public art. Construction is expected to begin in early 2023 with completion over seven phases estimated to be in 2036.

Envisioned as a complete, sustainable, pedestrian-oriented community, Woodland Park’s small-scale commercial spaces, childcare, and neighbourhood parks make it an ideal home for growing families. Seaview Community School is adjacent to the property and Port Moody Secondary School is only 1 kilometre away.
