About Delta
Delta consists of three communities Ladner, North Delta and Tsawwassen. Located south of Richmond, it is bordered by the Fraser River to the north, the United States to the south and the city of Surrey to the east. Delta is looking to the future for a brighter economy. Young families find homes more affordable in this market and are moving into the area. Mega Malls, in the first nation, and the new bridge construction are other contributing factors making the area desirable to live in.
