Yaletown in Vancouver BC is a beautiful waterfront area to live. Yaletown follows the north side of False Creek south of Pacific Boulevard, up Richards street then Down Smithe and back to Pacific Boulevard east to Carrall street. Yaletown was an industrial zone until Expo86 after which the area was developed into a mix of commercial, industrial and residential area. From first loft conversions, and new high rise condo developments and townhomes have increased the residential feeling of this downtown Vancouver area. Close to transportation and the seawall for walking and biking.
