Mike Stewart was a referral to me by a colleague that was selling his condo in Vancouver and moving to Toronto. The colleague raved about Mike so I contacted him when I was considering selling my Yaletown condo. Mike and I had a few meetings and I was impressed. After some thought, I wasn’t ready to sell. Mike however, kept in contact with me over the past year and a half and would call just to say hi and see how I was doing. He was never pushy nor made me feel like he was calling just to get a listing. When I was finally ready to sell in May 2016, I contacted Mike and all I can say about his service is WOW. Not only is he professional and easy going, he’s one heck of a Realtor and I highly recommend him. My condo sold in less than a week at a price that far exceeded my expectations due to his exceptional marketing ability. His calm demeanor during what can be a stressful time, is much appreciated.
