An Exciting New Residential Community
Victoria + 11th is the first development under the new Grandview-Woodland Community Plan. Amenities at Victoria + 11th
Residents will enjoy shared use of a ground floor amenity space and adjoining outdoor patio overlooking East 11th Avenue. On the laneway side of the building will be a dog run finished with artificial turf. The podium roof will provide space for urban agriculture, as well as a seating area and picnic table. The tower roof will be divided into private patios with direct access from the penthouse suites below, and a shared, landscaped space that includes a seating area, dining area, barbecue, and children’s play area.
Parking and Storage
Three levels of underground parking will provide 117 vehicle stalls, including eight visitor and six accessible spaces. There will also be storage available for 188 bicycles, a Class B bicycle rack accommodating six bikes, and a bicycle workshop. One Class B loading bay will serve the building. Extra storage is provided in 103 lockers on level P3.
