The Western views of False Creek are spectacular from both the "SkyBlock" and the upper sections of the Western support tower "Parkside Block". The views to False Creek are protected by a park that is going on the West side of Quebec Street to the North West of Central.

What are the Floor Plans like at Central in SE False Creek?

The majority of the suites in this condo sale are 1 bedrooms which are located in the middle of the towers with 2 bedroom suites corners of the blocks. The west or "Parkside" block has inexpensive 2 bedrooms from $520,000 from 800sf facing the East. The least expensive 1 bedroom at Central starting from $298,900 are the "A Plan" that doesn't include parking (Available for an extra $25k) and there are up to 28 of these suites. Penthouses get rooftop terraces around 1300 square feet. Units on the bottom of the "Skyblock" have larger balconies.

How Much Are The Deposits at Central in South East False?

The total deposit is 25% with 5% upon acceptance of the offer, another 5% 60 days from the acceptance date, 5% 7 days from the developer getting the Building Permit, 5% 120 days from Building Permit, and a further 5% 240 days from Building Permit.

Interior Finishings at 1618 Quebec Street 

Central does not have air conditioned, BUT has forced air cooling and heating that is able to cool the air in the suites to as low as 20C at any time of the year (It's not technically air conditioning it's "air cooling").

1618 Quebec Street has smooth finished ceilings and no baseboard heaters. Flooring is high end commercial grade laminate in the living areas. Illumination is high end with recessed lighting and pot lights throughout with roller blinds instead of Venetian blinds which are quite common in new condos.

There is a dark and light colour scheme for suites at Central SE False Creek. The standard counter top is non-porous non-staining solid composite counter tops and the upgrade is a Honed Travertine Marble which is used in the washroom as well. Do note, the upgraded counter tops are porous and delicate.

The kitchens has under mount sinks and a tile back splash as well as a gas cook top & oven, and fridge all from Jennair with LCD controls.  Also a Kitchenaid for the high capacity 600cfm hood fan and microwave. The kitchens have a garburator and Kohler fixtures. The cabinets are not be particle board, but rather are solid wood. In the washrooms dual flush toilets and frame less stand up showers.

Parking and Storage at Central by Onni 

All the suites except for the A floor plan  include parking and lockers will be an extra $3000. The residential and commercial parking garages are separated.

Amenities and Maintenance Fees at Central by Onni 

Central by Onni has a 7000 square foot amenity space in the Eastern support block as well as a gym over looking the park. On the top of the support blocks there is a common rooftop decks as well as a private dining hall and play ground. The current maintenance fees for 1618 Quebec Street will have changed, so please get in touch with us for the latest monthly strata fees.
