About Pitt Meadows
Pitt Meadows is part of the Greater Vancouver area. Closely situated to Port Coquitlam and Maple Ridge. Agriculture is a significant contributor to the local economy along with health care education tourism and construction. Pitt Meadows’ north rural setting has large homes on large lots with high price tags. There is vacant land available in the area, at a higher price. Single-family homes with smaller lots in the city’s central section are also priced high. The south part of the city has many Condos, and townhomes cost slightly less and are mostly new builds or developments.
