What Amenities does Landstar provide?

Sol Aqua Terraces private, 60-slip boat moorage.

Sol Aqua Terraces homeowners will have exclusive use of a 60-slip boat moorage, connected to the foreshore via an elevated footbridge.

There will not be any boat services, retail, convenience, or fueling at the site, nor will there be a boat launch.

Sol Aqua Terraces agricultural parcel envisioned as a vineyard.

Between the townhomes and the lakeshore is a 7-acre plot of agricultural land that will be converted from an orchard to a vineyard.

The farm will also be able to accommodate greenhouses, farmgate retail, and a small winery / tasting room.

Parking for each unit will be accommodated in attached 2-car garages and driveways to minimize street parking of vehicles.
