Sol Aqua Terraces will offer a selection of 2- and 3-storey townhomes, with high quality residential finishes and exceptional lakefront views.

Downhill units will have a total area of approximately 2,509 sq ft on two levels, while uphill units will have roughly 2,784 sq ft across three floors.

What Amenities does Landstar provide?

Sol Aqua Terraces homeowners will have exclusive use of a 60-slip boat moorage, connected to the foreshore via an elevated footbridge.

There will not be any boat services, retail, convenience, or fueling at the site, nor will there be a boat launch.

Between the townhomes and the lakeshore is a 7-acre plot of agricultural land that will be converted from an orchard to a vineyard.

The farm will also be able to accommodate greenhouses, farmgate retail, and a small winery / tasting room.

Does Sol Aqua Terraces have Parking & Storage?

Parking for each unit will be accommodated in attached 2-car garages and driveways to minimize street parking of vehicles.

With at least four spaces for each home, visitor or recreational vehicle parking will not obstruct the laneway or roadway.
