Exteriors combine stone, fire-resistant HardiePlank siding or stucco, and wood fascias in muted off-whites and browns, complemented by grey shingle roofs and dark black-bronze metalwork.

The 2- & 3-bedroom residences are grouped in four quadplexes and one quintuplex, that are placed to allow lake views from the upper units. Six of the homes can accommodate a fully-contained lockoff suite.
