False Creek is one of Vancouver’s most picturesque areas with the backdrop view of the mountains and waterfront. False Creek which separates downtown from the rest of the city. The seawall follows the entire shoreline around False Creek making it a very scenic place to walk, jog or bike around. False Creek has a mix of retail, commercial and housing. Mostly multi-level or condos and rental housing. There are very few single-family detached dwellings in this area.
