Langley is a very desirable place to live, east of Surrey, and west of Abbotsford, and next to Cloverdale.  Known for its spectacular mountain views and rolling farmlands.  A 40-minute drive from Vancouver, housing prices have shot up over recent years due to bidding wars and Vancouver’s hot property market.  Langley has piqued interest, as people are moving into the suburbs to find a more affordable property than Vancouver.  In the past year, the average house price in Langley has risen by approximately 30%.   Detached houses in the Langley area are more expensive than townhouses and condo units which are considerably less.
