A Contemporary Expression
Reliance Properties is proposing to construct a 45-storey residential tower at the corner of Eighth Avenue and Agnes Street and an eight-storey hotel situated on Carnarvon Street. The residential tower is separated from the hotel with a pedestrian link through the property to connect Victoria Street with Eighth Street. Including ground-oriented townhomes at the tower base, a total of 454 residences will be offered. The hotel will add 120 guest rooms, along with related retail along Carnarvon, wrapping around to the southern portion of the Eighth Street side of the property.
Reliance is seeking to have the hotel span both above and below Blackie Street.
