Floor Plans for Georgetown
Georgetown will offer a variety of floor plans, ranging in size from studios to townhomes. Phase 1 is a 30-storey highrise. Phase 2 will consist of two 32-storey towers, of which one has ground floor commercial space. A 6-storey residential lowrise with commercial retail units centred on a public plaza is slated for Phase 3. A 41-storey highrise is planned for Phase 4 and a 39-storey tower with office space for Phase 5. Phase 6 includes a 45-storey highrise with offices, while the final phase consists of a 15-storey mid-rise with ground floor commercial space. Amenities at Georgetown
Each building will have its own set of indoor and outdoor amenities. In addition, the community will feature a large public plaza, a children’s play area, a shaded pavilion with seating, a water feature, walkways, and bikeways. The ground floor commercial space is expected to include many restaurants, a Save-On Foods, and Canadian Tire.
