Picture this; Aperture gets its name from the frames surrounding each floor-to-ceiling window. These frames regulate the amount of light allowed in each unit, much like the aperture of a camera. In the summer, the frames act as a shade to keep these condos cool. Come winter, the frames are at angles that allow maximum light in to combat those Vancouver winter blahs.

Floor Plans for Aperture Condos
Apeture will be a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom condos and townhomes, being called Residences and Villas respectively by the developers.
You can get a 1-bedroom just under 600 sq ft (with a 75 sq ft patio) to close to 7000 sq ft 9with over 100 sq ft outdoor space).
The 2-bedroom units are large, from low-900 sq ft to close to 1500 feet, with substantial outdoor spaces standard with all.
3-bedroom condos in Aperture will come in around 1500 sq ft, with immense, 300 sq ft patio spaces available.
The 3-storey, 3-bedroom stand-alone Villas offer garages, private elevators and gardens. There are only four of these luxury Villas available, so contact me today if you are interested.
The developers have promised hardwood floors, wood veneer cabinetry and quartz countertops. Owners will be able to choose from colour palettes inspired by West Coast nature and light and the influences of mid-century design.
Kitchens will feature refrigerators, stoves and dishwashers that will blend seamlessly into the woodwork to create “an open, streamlined ambiance.”
